My hob was ruined for 2 months and i called everyday no one came to fix it and they did not compensate me at all

So far as you are able to rent anywhere with postcode starting in CV1 or CV2 you should be close to the uni anything outside that will be further

Tbh it depends what your looking for if you want to be less than a 5 min walk from the uni then yes however I definitely feel like there are other studios for less in the area

I visited it twice in cov!!! It is done and so lovely!!! It has a Starbucks and a coop now I believe x
