Since Season Tokens were claimed to be unproffitable, they were removed, but seeing them return implies they have gained more than they needed to fully work on the Unite update, meaning lower profits won't be an issue anymore. It might be the start of a "free" era in Asphalt 9.
Codin said everything in the teaser were placeholders so yeah. Also it says 5th anniversary season in the corner which was a while back

tell gameloft when Asphalt 8 closes pass all the beautiful and well made maps to Asphalt 9 since they are all as fun as the new Norway map from Asphalt 9 and I'm not saying that all the Asphalt 9 maps are bad but they don't have a feeling as much fun as Asphalt 8 made you feel. 😿😿😿😿😿😿😿😿
Gameloft should also make a long straight maps with less curves .

In terms of "optimization" there is a little fun things, especially on Android devices. Basically every mid devices nowadays supported 60fps but some without bloom and motion blur. Brands like Sony and Honor has their flagships runs at 120fps with max graphic. While others (even the high-end) still clocked at 60fps with not-so-sharp details, like my current iQoo 11 and S23. Compare it to a 3 y-o iP 13 pro, it got everything. I legit hope more optimization could arrives on Unite
It's easier to optimize the game for 20-25 Apple devices than for 16,500 different Android devices, there you have fun.

If asphalt unite is a Separate game old Asphalt player Never shifts to unite because they already Grind and spend money in asphalt 9 or 8.

Well, the transition to CS:GO to CS2 Exists.
The physics change will likely be almost imperceptible and the graphics are actually something good so nope, no reason to spend millions to create a separate game.

I’m so excited to see this new project come to life. I really hope season tokens will still have the same value and spending power like when it was released along with base tokens with a decent conversion amount when a season ends. For Sony and Nintendo’s gaming service, cross-save could maybe break some of their terms which I understand and won’t make sense for a pay 2 save situation, so I don’t care about it. I just want to play world’s best and make consenting on this like you guys.

En el trailer tambien se vio un "Generic pack car" falta tambien la visibilidad de los créditos, fichas azules que tenemos, ojala y no quiten algunas opciones como el autoreclamar en los eventos como hicieron en A8

since they are making this game one of the first games I known so far that has true cross platform play
in which you can play it on a phone to a console to a beef PC...
They SHOULD have an option to run the game in potato.
we are talking about a switch, which only run 60 FPS, compared to some phones that can run 120FPS
to a PC that can run 400+ FPS (with the hardware for it).

And not only that but on 8:15 seconds of the video, you can see that SE part where the genty is featured as a starway cars. The rest of the special events already exist. Will there be a possibility that the genty might appear in a starway event?

Physics changes sound interesting. Hopefully not to drastic. I hope it offers a bit of fairness to all platforms, unlike keyboard when using Devel :(

from what i can tell the graphics are subtle in unite where as in legends its sharp tbh i prefer the legends graphics

The graphics and reflections of the gameplay look like GTA. Not 100% sure but the theme looks similar. Also the stats of the Countach in trailer are actually stats of DS E-Tense. BTW did you change your Camera angle?
yep I changed the camera angle because for some reason I enjoy the game more that way xDDDD

One big thing I noticed was that the Game's UI will almost be always purple.This may be annoying or good.
Imagine you could change the color of the UI. (Just the background one to any custom colour)
Everyone noticed that and I doubt that changing the colors will be possible

I mean A8 was much better and realistic physics wise. But I get your point because doing floaties is kinda fun and satisfying, I almost forget about the physics issues when I do a 400+ floaty drift.
I hope they add more devices for 120 fps like s23 and and stuff. My phone runs the CN version with 120 fps but only 60 on global wish is sad

I still hope that in the new update expansion,all android device will support max graphics like in pc you can customize the graphics settings,my phone can run this game 60fps smoothly but doesn't support much of the graphics(like motion blurr)been playing this game for 4 years but im still hoping for it, I want the fully capable visual appeal in the game,not on gpu dependent

What alarming is , even in there OWN PREVIEWS , the FPS smoothness looks BAD 😮 ! I sincerely hope they will be clever enough to have lower graphics selections that sooth all devices that had fine results with A9. I have mid range now and it's very fluent enough on High graph with 60 FPS........

I highly doubt that asphalt unite will only be an update to the old A9.
I think it will be an entirely different app with same account.
Because as you can see, current asphalt 9 is destroying itself with features like boosting stats of cars for a short time, increasing coin multiplier to upto 20x etc.
