Cut Ruffles 20in long
Ribbon Tails:
Cut Ribbon Tails 12in long
Bottom- Cut Ruffles 20in long
Top- Cut Ruffles 20in long
For Bottom you will need 10 Orange and Black Ruffles cut at 20in
For Top you will need 8 Orange and Black Ruffles cut at 20in

When doing ruffles is there a difference if you ruffle with mesh up or down? After all these videos never remember hearing a up or down facing? 🤔
Hi Tammy! With Ruffles, you want them facing down because it looks better that way. With Woodland Ruffles, you do face up if you want to Curls to show more and face down if you want the Ruffle to show more. I hope that helps. Thank you for watching, Lori.
