Those hairpin clips on the window winders are very common. Use a pick tool, with a slight hook on it to remove it. Just press on the door panel to reveal it. Once off, put the clip back on the handle (so you dont loose it). With the clip in place, the handle just pushes straight onto the shaft. No need to fiddle the clip back on.

I dont know whether to thank you or just laugh.....
I was looking how to get into my car because a customer jammed the seatbelt in between the door. This will probably help in some way.
Now the easy way yo open the door without braking anything.
Go to the rear door that won't open, with one hand lean through the window and half pull the handle on the inside, then lock the doors using key fob. You will feel the lock catch the handle lock mechanism. Then just pull the handle from the outside and Voila the door will open........ Dont brake your door!

No need to do all this. Sit inside car lock all doors with key fob. Once locked undo affected door with internal handle. The actual issue is the wiring harness that come into the door at the bottom below the hinge. Unplug harness remove rubber cover, then you will see a broken wire. You can get a harness repair kit from ebay

    I have one problem.
When I close the rear door it shows that is open. When I open the door it shows that is close. What can I do?

It should be the wiring underneath door, because open and shut most they disconnect, if you take the covered plastic part off (which you could find in door joint) you can see wire and repair it, i think it will help 🙏
