People always praise the THQ streak of Shut Your Mouth, Here Comes the Pain, SvR, SvR06, and SvR07......but the no one really appreciates the streak of SVR11, Wwe12, Wwe13, and Wwe 2k14. Such an underrated 4 years
I don't think so... while HCTP and svr 2006 are universally considered the best (followed by SYM, svr 2007 and svr), 2k14 and wwe 13 are up there as well (wwe 12 too imho) and many people loved them and suggested buying them on various websites (just check on Reddit, type "best wwe game for ps3"). Svr 2011 is mentioned often as well as the best when compared to 08, 09 and 10 (even though 08 and 09 are considered garbage due to poor rosters and flawed mechanics)

Well, you can still buy the game again if you sold / lost it... and if you don't live with your brothers anymore you could just invite them at your home or wait until a family reunion happens (e.g. for your birthday or theirs) and ask them if they remember how it was playing it and if they wish to try it again 😊
It's a shame how uncreative they are with the stats. Everyone has stats that end with a 5 or a 0. Like strength 85 speed 80. Almost like they gave everyone very similar stats
It's probably easier that way than being oddly specific.
It's also because 5 is a threshold to how the stats are programmed (i.e a wrestler can do a certain move per 5 stat points)

I can't believe how high Lex Luger's overall is.
Well I guess he deserves 94, since there are so many 97s and 98s... never seen such high overalls in wwe games. Back in 06 and 07 you onoy had a couple 90 and maybe some 93 and 94 among legends if at all. Even in more "recent" (well not recent anymore) games like wwe 2k14 there arent too many overalls above 93 (just a few 94 and 95, no 97 and 98s)

That wouldn't work. Because the games and superstar ratings are determined on how good the player was in the past year. So retireds would be 70- ratings probs. But good idea tho

Imagine if Kurt Angle was around during these times. And if he was being booked strong the way he’s supposed to be. We would’ve seen the first 99 ovr in the series! I’m not kidding. At the rate Angle was at before he left (94) SVR 05-06 and SVR 07 (95) he would’ve eventually been there. He was higher than Taker who is the highest rated ever (98) in SVR 2011 for many years and surpassed triple H after they had a toss up for numerous years in the games with ratings. Gotta feel like the devs this year don’t know Kurt Angle’s history as he’s now been downgraded to a (91). Screw “new game, new rating system” I call B.S.! WWE 2k18’s ratings are a joke! They practically begged us to buy the accelerator! They also basically went back in time and screwed with Angle’s rating as his last game (SVR 07) (released 06) (when Angle was a 95 highest rated) was based off this year’s Kurt Angle 06 “wrestling machine” gimmick! Makes no sense! I was always afraid of Angle one day returning to the company not only for bad booking, but for idiots that know nothing about him!

I never got any dlc bc I had this on the ps2 so I never witnessed the incredible weapons physics In this game bc it was too much for the ps2 to handle same with the psp I got my PS3 a year later specifically so I could play WWE 12 and future wwe games then of course all the other games I wanted to play like dead island gta 4&5 prototype 2 COD: black ops stuff like that then I got my ps4 to play wwe2k16 and gta 5 bc it's so much better for current gen and all the future titles until the next gen s

I had the ps2 version of svr 11 growing up and now i have the 360 version and yes , its night and day , the 360 version is a different game . Graphics , superstar threads , highlights reels , custom entrance music , and more matches i believe . The ps2 version jtg is a different version than the 360 and thats just one of many models who look way better in the 360 version .

You can unlock some of them by playin Road to wrestlemania i only unlock two characters so far and thats jake the snake Roberts and Jimmy snuka but wen i do have time i goin to play Road to wrestle manía and try see if i can unlock more stars

Cena used the purple Attire in the Nexus feud, SVR timelines were always messed up.
I think this one is after Wrestlemania 26.
Cena is champ, Batista is still in the company
Mysterio is world champion, etc. so it's like 2 months removed from Wrestlemania
But i have to buy the ps3 and the disc us version.
