This build is one of my favorite builds in sims. This was one of the first sims videos I saw and I really wanted the game afterwards. I've started building houses, they are no where near the level of perfection yours are. Thank you for the inspiration and this build.

how do you make a second floor? i have the cheats and stuff but i cant make a second floor because i cant delete nor change the roof?
Open the cheat input (For Windows, Ctrl+Shift+C) and then enter the following (Capitols do not matter) :
TestingCheatsEnabled True [or 'On', they both do the same thing],
RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings False/Off, (TestingCheats has to be on to input this cheat!)
After entering the cheats (In order!), you can go to the two floors above your apartment there you will see a black room with a silver orb located somewhere within the room, (It would say something like 'Level Skip Orb' when grabbed/selected,) you can delete it and put an elevator or stairs up afterwards. If you mess up and delete the incorrect orb and/or want to add an orb, enter this into the cheat input:
BuyDebug, (TestingCheats has to be on to input this cheat! This only affects the Buy Mode [F2] when sorting by the object's function I.E. Comfort, Kids, Storage, Ect.)
The orbs should show within the Misc. Tab in the new debug group.
