And also, the comments on Ashley's video complained about the lack of diversity in the hairstyle choices she gave. Diversity in that there was a total absence of curly haired options. Which Jose managed to address in his video.

d fuk Iv got muscle size under a 23% bf I can't seem to shift!! I can't seem to speed up my metabolism, I need some method of making this fat melt away
Aj J r u on a caloric deficit? Thats the main part about loosing weight, and u could go on a low carb diet for a little while but not for long, it has some side effects in the long run. You could also try intermittent fasting, its basically having a eating window. Example: 12pm-8pm you eat ur normal food and then from 8pm-12pm you cant take any calories in, only drinking water. This speeds up ur metabolism and can help u loose weight fast. If that doesnt suit u, i recommend lowering ur calories and before a workout jog for 15 mins then do burpees and stuff, check out athleneX for fast lose workouts. Dont forget to hit legs, training those burns the most calories

Aj J theres no such thing as speeding up your metabolism. You are fat because you are eating in a surplus, just find your maintenance calories and go on a deficit( watch chris lavados video on nutrution) everything you need to know is in that video.
