Hmm... maybe your walking skill isn't high enough. Walking is already this awesome. After master rank you automated get a soundtrack when walking.
I can shout you out in my videos
1:38 Wow! She completely misses every pin left, but still has the decency to do an arrogant strut
If you see the pin in the past second i was like... "How?!"
What anime is this plz ?
@@MrrGervais sky crawlers
Yeah that model walk after a miss really had me puzzled there. Had me curious to what the context actually is..
@@skrillz_14th thx
I did not expect Naruto to burst out at 1:25 damn he looks so out of place there with his bright jacket, made me chuckle
@Toono ikr 👏👏👏
1:35 immediately: "need to watch this."
Its wonderful to see how something as simple as walking can be animated in such masterful, meticulous, and creative ways. Great video!
Bingo Panic want to do something like this and it ended up looking like running lol
Walking animations are not really simple though.
@@creamgravy1 theyre such a pain, im here for reference lol. People dont realise how hard it is
The slower the movement, the harder it is too animate.
1:41 is the best sooo carefree
Drunk*
Watching people walking have never been this satisfying
great work!
also, that team rocket walk
vanripper Wait, what are YOU doing here? Sakuga is for 2D traditional animators, not 2D puppet, motion tween animators
May be the only chance i get to ask casually. Van you take notes or just enjoy the fluidity and styles of walking too?
team rocket walk was a shout out too a clockwork orange by stanley kubrick
@@leoadian1229 If I may, while it's true that he does puppet animation, it's also true that he can watch and learn this style. Who knows, maybe he'll be able to apply it in the future in one way or the other. No need to be outright rude.
@@leoadian1229 gatekeeping much?
Dang that naruto scene was freaking tense someone needs a oscar for that 1:25
+ Xaal Carlson Animations Which episode is it
naruto the movie 1
@Dream High Animation Thanks I didn't think I'd get a response
That animation was probably referenced directly from real life, judging by how smooth and perfect it is
@Excelsior thats wrong . it was not rotoscoped at all . it was all the skill of the animator. go check Hiroyuki Okiura works for example.
I guess for the un trained eyes it might seem like it was rotoscoped but it was not.
2:53 Are they okay? Did they break their legs
Jeez, has it really been that long since I've watched Pokémon
Clockwork orange
Nah theyre just drunk.
yeah it's pokemon generations. you can actually watch the entire series on the official pokemon yt channel. I think it's only around 20 episodes.
@@arsenic.01 nah they're just walking like japanese deliquents
@@totallynoteverything1. And it's a complete vibe
3:56 I'm amazed by the grace and simplicity of this fragment. Takeshi Honda (Animator Expo, Tomorrow From There)
Damn Takeshi Honda animates so well, look at those creases and sways at 1:25!
Where is spongebob walk from spongebob squarepants secret episode
Redline really mastered how to walk in style at 2:01. Cowboy bebop also did an amazing job at creating such realistic characters with relatively simple shapes
Thanks for putting this together! It’s an inspiration to work on my walk cycles more hardcore!
This is unbelievably satisfying to watch such beautiful detail and style
It always fascinates me how such a simple animation as walking can show so much character and emotion through a skilled animator.
2:52 Me and the bros having scoliosis
2:52 Walking simulator?
I’m so glad to have found this channel! To have your videos be about a certain action or theme is good for references when I draw. Thank you for making them!!
You're an absolute goat for naming all of them! I was about to come down here and say I would high key watch 100% of these just based off of what i've been shown :D
This video was perfect, as always. Thanks 😊.
With the first one You know someone’s a badass when you can tell exactly who they are by their feet and their walk. In this case spike Spiegel
Holy crap, this video was just so oddly satisfying to me. I just felt so at peace. Man, I love animation!
Currently working on an walking animation and it's kicking my ass. I will say however that now that I'm on my third attempt I can see steady improvement. I guess that's to be expected after drawing it frame by frame repetitively for so long. These sakuga videos are extremely helpful and makes me wonder just how much the animators had to practice In order to get as good as they are.
How are u now?
@@snowspider1083 Oh I’m still trash but I’m in school for 2D Animation so hopefully I improve I shall see
@@blackscythe99 how about now?
@@emaj.gasamagera4188 Still trash but not as trash as I was 2 years ago lol
@@blackscythe99 can I see some of your work please?
umm never knew walking could be so aesthetic
Thank you, it is so hard to find a normal animated walk at all to reference on the internet for some reason.
This is a really good compilation!! Good work!
9 weeks with a broken leg and just started walking again. This is my favorite AMV for this year. Fantastic!
You should know man the effort you put in is really appreciated
The Team Rocket walks make me laugh every single time
I love this supercut, thanks keep it up
fantastic. thanks so much!!
2:52 Me & the gang at 3am, drunk on the way home.
Man the animation quality on that Naruto scene is absurd lol
I think I will relay on your videos for my animation studies, subscribed asap because I know I will take ages to research myself scenes that I may need for learning
This is soooo relaxing to watch.
Starlord Edwar i want an ASMR Version
how can anyone have enough motivation to list up all these cutted animes and where the appear in the video.
But interesting video! and chill music!
i like it! keep it up!
2:52 a clockwork orange reference in pokemon?? i love it
perfect ending
great mad!
You edit too good 🔥🔥🔥🔥
3:19 I thought of Luffy for a sec
I think that was one of the best scene
Yes me too XD
Yeah I was like 'maybe there will be One Piece!' And then I remembered that Toei can barely animate a person walking right.
This is very beautiful
This channel is like a reference for animation. Cool.
i love this.
This helped me animate a walking scene, thanks!
Love this
this episode make me appreciate the little things in life

How can walking look so satisfying, lol
Walking seems so COOL
Nice
Its not just walking, its moving forward thats what matters
Ayyy
Was browsing on Sakugabooru, and apparently the cut starting at 0:05 has just been confirmed as the work of Tadaaki Miyata.
Thanks for that! Just updated.
Ebata.. he is really.. he is genius of the animation of walking.. and Yamamura and Honda.. this 3..
I love blue in green
this is so me when i walk

Walking is a reference to DIO, which makes this entire video a jojo reference.
The very beginning was cowboy bebop it was one of their movies the first I saw it I nearly loss my shit it was a wonderful and well orchestrated movie for those who are a fan of cowboy bebop I encourage you to see it even if your not a fan its still a pretty good movie that is of course before I started to watch makoto shinkai films
You are nice guy
came for study, stay for the music
Man, missed opportunity to finish with the pimp walk from the Cromartie High School OP. Still, good show on repping Ljones.
