The focus on Building and how this was shared is really great
im currently studying how to build better houses and im doing a project on futuristic vehicles that do way more than those future toys that are out there. i even know how to make running water even more cleaner plus i use to work on a farm and i love to plant seeds for food or do landscaping, and me and my brother work on vehicles can take motors out and put back in within 2 hours depending on the make and model, plus im working on how to make lights without any electrical current lines underground or any power lines, the only thing i lack is the money to get there and start working with my people, build and make progress together.

Coming from Bavaria Germany I am a gardener, irrigation technician building draftsman. I have been growing vegetables organically for years. Was always in Asia and also gardened there. The next few years I can only come in winter.

In the case of wood gasification, charcoal remains, which is an excellent soil improver. (terra preta) also water hyacinths can be forgotten hot and there is also coal left. how much is the land now please??
$500 per 1/4 of an acre or a plot. This is 7 hours in the middle of the country. You can get land outside of Accra for $5,000 per plot. This gives you an idea. Further from city of Accra the better the price get, Every May we do these tours to Ghana.
