- In our opinion 2017 Etape Du Tour is going to be one tough cookie! Training early is key for this one and winging it will not be an option! Legs will be put through a lot on the valley floor, there will be 120km in them as you approach Col De Vars and the real test will be climbing the last Col, the Iconic Col D'Izoard. Come join us to polish off your training, get the tips and learn from our unique and valuable experience and recce the route prior on our Yellovelo Etape Du Tour Training Camp in June 2017. When was this ride recorded? will there be snow in July?
Hey Jeff. The ride was recorded last October. Weather in the mountains can be very unpredictable, especially around 2000m high. Any weather is possible! It was above 30°C last year in Morzine and a few years ago, it was 4°C at the top of Ventoux!

Thanks, but I'll be flying in from Australia on the 12th of July. Nothing bu Foodora training for now. Lol. Maybe we can catchup the night before the ride.
