  • 10 Reasons Why Investment Opportunities in Agriculture in Africa will create more Millionaires - Opportunities to invest in domestic sustainable food and agriculture have grown dramatically in the last decade,. Considering Africa's rising income levels and high population growth rate, food demand will skyrocket in the medium term, creating new opportunities for agricultural investment and growth in this sector. The urgency on Africa's food production to satisfy demand will necessitate significant investment to ensure food security, as Africa is the only region that has yet to experience a "Green Revolution."

There are many reasons why you should consider investing in agriculture in Africa, as this industry is set to create many dollar millionaires in the coming years. The time is now. Stop risking your life on the Mediterranean Sea for greener pastures in Europe. The greener pastures is right here in Africa. Agriculture is the future 🚜. You can be among the millionaire that the motherland will produce in the next couple of years from now if you avoid travelling to Europe by boat. This times Afrikans needs to focus on feeding Afrikans on the continent first. Don't repeat the past mistakes feeding outsiders like Europeans instead of saving surpluses of food for our own. No one, not one Afrikan should ever be hungry to the point of being malnourished. Take care of home first and then others.

Spot on... That's what I keep saying. Stop planting for European/US markets; they buy our produce dirt cheap and then resell it to us, processed and at inflated prices. ... That's the crazy colonial model, yet many Africans are happy to keep following that template without thinking.
Plant to feed Africa first, process and add value in Africa itself and export to other African countries; yep develop the internal African Market. We must stop relying on importing processed food from Europe, US, China, etc and we must gradually reduce the production of cash crops for their markets. This will also ensure they pay fairer prices go our goods. We can only succeed if we adopt this policy across the continent otherwise they will continue to exploit our differences. Africans, wake up...

Yes increasing agricultural productivity is very important for Africa, but with the current rate of uncrease in population I don't see any meaningful change in lifestyle for africans. Increasing population ofcause demands an increase in agricultural production, wich in turn will ruin our forests. I think its high time Africa should control its population growth

About agriculture Congo will dominate africa if our leaders invest more
80% of our lands are still no being used yet
We have one huge Agro-industrial park called bukanga lonzo
If we only have ten huge agro-industrials like it
We would be able to feed half of africa and dominate The market

Aftricas large part of African green revolution should take place in the urban landscape from the outset. If you feed the rest fo the world with the potential farm land in Africa now its becuase you are destroying the wilds of the continent. It could feed the world if it turned the Sahara into farmable land. But Asia could do the same if it built a canal from the Caspian Sea going threw and refilling the Aral Sea, to the Yellow and Yangze Rivers and connected all the Russian rivers that could feed the canal from the north. By using this canal (witch would be wide and deep enough for Panama City sized ships) for transit and to build canals from you could turn all of Central Asia into farm land and it wouldn't be has expensive/difficult/time consuming as you'd think because most of the route would go threw desert.

@@donnaking1809 ive actually wrote about how floods are starting to come to areas far more and far more savere than before and there should be super computers to begin analyzing the data and then planned canals for the new "seasanal" floods so that access water can be made of use, because here in the United States it seams like Texas is begining ot have huge floods and all that access water could be deverted to western texas and used to create huge tracks of new farmland and wilderness. It is a good idea.

This is what we want to hear. Telling us what is good to the ear will takes us no where. Africa even know what to do. I bet you, Africa will never do it. At least, not this generation. My Bible says one is wicked if one returns the talent given to one the way it was given. But Africa won't give you back your talent the way it was given. Africa will eat, perhaps consume the talent. Africa lacks the requisite skills to get her food systems right.
