@@keinohrtini I would leave it on over night or at least 6 hours for the best color! The other day I did it and was in a rush and only did 2 hours! But even with just 2 hours I definitely had a nice natural tan.
I’ve actually had this for like a year I got it on sale at Walgreens, and I’m very fair, so have been nervous to try it. I recently pulled it out and this video has given me alllll the courage I needed. This comment helped too! Can’t wait!

✨Girl I’ve been suffering with gut problems too for years !!! My digestive system just sucked. Got off birth control pill 💊 apparently that was the problem. Been off them for over a year and my digestive system is back to norm. Yes I still deal with bloating in my pms days but not like before. And of course some foods that I try to stay away from. Love you 🥰

I have similar issues with food. I suggest taking slippery elm when you are bloated. It soothes your gut and really helps with bloating and pain. It is a life saver! I like the Solaray brand.
Love this! I always take a block plug when I travel then you can put multiple plugs into one block and you just need the one adapter for the country you are in😊

I wanted to share, something you can add to your routine is a laundry bag, one that keeps the odors in, for your dirty clothes. Because I hate to not have anywhere to keep all my dirty cloths on vacation. Also I don't want stinky clothes in my luggage if I can't clean it before heading home lol. Once I hit my late 20’s my stomach couldn’t tolerate a lot .. dairy, gluten, corn, high sodium items, and refined sugar. I had to increase fiber along with taking vitamins/minerals daily and really pay attention to my body otherwise I would be in pain all day and night. I understand the struggle. 💕 what helped me was taking a health test and talking with a nutritionist.
My grandma lives in San Luis R.C so I know those hot Mexicali summers well 😅❤️🔥🌞
