Beth! You are art journaling in fabric! I love this - thank you for taking the time to share with us. I’ve been doing every form of creative expression I can get my hands on since I was about 8! My husband says we could open 7 different craft stores with my supplies - perish the thought I would ever part with anything! Lol I have loitered for as long as is decent in Liberty, so I love when you feature Liberty fabrics.. I’m now an acrylic painter - excitedly preparing to go “full-time” when I retire in 3ish years. I’ve just taken the leap to create my Instagram art site and am setting up the “business” side of things as we speak. I have always wanted to be a quilter, but never mastered anything sewing-related… so I want to thank you for sharing this series on slow stitching. I am able to transport myself to your creative process and experience it vicariously - just wonderful. You and I are of similar vintage - and like others have said, I feel as if we’ve been in cahoots since we were tweens! I hope we never lose the drive to create - thank you - looking forward to the next one!
