👑Grdma, you're cool and gorgeous‼️I'm gonna bask in your glory❗️I'm 80, and now a fan. I still prepare all my husbands meals. This pudding was the only dish my mom knew how to cook/prepare.😁 Now I see what she was trying to create. We lost her at age 96, in 2017.🌺 Thank you again, for demonstrating the proper way to prepare this family favorite.👍🙏💕
I made this rice pudding. The only thing I did different was I used two and a half cups of rice, added a few more raisins and used an entire can of evaporated milk. The rice pudding was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Thank you!!
Did you still use the same amount of regular milk and sugar since you used a can of evaporated milk? I know my grandma used evaporated milk but she has passed

Not the recipe I prefer. I like trying different ones and yours was unique to say the least. I was hoping you would’ve explained why you baked it in water as well as butter that was still in pieces when ready for the oven. All others recipes prefer to have vanilla added to mixture. I had to try for I’d never known of any others that in the end was in a solid form and able to slice into a dish only to be softened with whip cream. It tasted pasty to say the least. But that’s my opinion, and not like other Mississippi others I’ve tried.

Not the recipe I prefer. I like trying different ones and yours was unique to say the least. I was hoping you would’ve explained why you baked it in water as well as butter that was still in pieces when ready for the oven. All others recipes prefer to have vanilla added to mixture. I had to try for I’d never known of any others that in the end was in a solid form and able to slice into a dish only to be softened with whip cream. It tasted pasty to say the least. But that’s my opinion, and not like other Mississippi others I’ve tried.
