I learned how to do it in a dance class and one of the tricks we used for getting it up to speed was just going across the floor using the individual movements. So heal, toe, heal, toe, etc. and then go back the other way, getting faster as you go!
Hopefully that makes sense lol

This is called an Applejack twist in line dance... It's the easiest trick once you get the feel of it. You are really good at explaining it.

My mom used to do this in bars…..30+ years ago so this was just something I knew growing up. This was her go to move when songs she liked came on because it is so easy.
