You need to clean the area per the instructions before painting. You didn't prep well. You also don't paint when it's 40 degrees outside.

Thanks for the reply. However, I'm not sure where you're going with the comment. If you would like to scrape, sand and prime your project before applying this product that's up to you. Best of luck 👍
