    Does the river belong to the land owner or do you pay fee to use the water in the river? Usually in some states, the river and tree don't belong to the land owner.. nor any body of water in the land..not sure about Texas. I would love such as land but, having too much tree and river that ate a large portion of the land deem as stated property is bad..

      Texas & specifically East Texas is way easier than most places. It’s private property and they are yours!

    • @Justthemow
      @Justthemow Před 4 měsíci

      If you own the property that surrounds the water it’s yours lakes ponds if it’s a river it’s accessible from public land but you have to stay on the water you can’t walk on the actual land and the trees are yours in almost every state in America as far as I know

      @@delaneeclark no offense to them but if they are asking the price they don't have $9,000,000 to spend on it 😂 I know I don't

      @chaunceypullman3380 Před rokem

      I will answer that question for you. I live hours drive from there. You should research any property and whatever entities are attached. I have been looking at property in Texas. And some have these Right Away Laws. Basically you can't stop whatever or whomever Right Away deals that have been put in place years, or decades ago. They don't disclose this. You would have to research these hidden gems. I mean if you pay for something, then it's mine Right aways can be hunters, grazingrights, waterway rights, public access to people and or utilities using your land to get to point A to point Z and you cannot stop it. Only way is to sue, go to court and convence that city MPC that you know better than them. Good luck...

      And on the Racism part. You have 50/50. You never know till you move in and change the natural order as to what was there in place before you came. Really good luck !!!!

      Paaaalease. I see nothing wrong with having trophy’s on the wall. Im guessing you eat pork, beef, fish or chicken? Maybe you think its a cruel display? On that same reasoning how cruel is it for animals to be sent to slaughter houses to feed you? I respect that you do not see this as a right thing to do. But God gave us dominion over the fish, the fowl, the cattle, and over every creeping thing that creepeth the earth [Genesis 1:26-31]. Every fish I catch, every animal I harvest, I pray over that gift from God and thank him for his bounty. Perhaps those folks on the video do the same thing
