what things you do for 4 hour road trip or flights? i usually go down jersey shore from Arizona and it four hour flight so im not sure ill be going this summer, so i wonder what things do to for waiting usually 2 hour wait, I normally bring word search adult color book and headphone for music and lap top for netflix movies

I do like to share one travel essential I bring with me when I travel. I always bring a silk travel sheet with me. Mine is the Brave Era Silk Travel Sheet available in Amazon which was actually a gift from my best friend just as you have asthma and you need to bring your medications. I also have my allergies and I needed to bring my own travel sheet with me just to not trigger my allergies. I think, it's worth sharing too. We never know what kind of sheets we sleep on in our accommodations. Happy travels!
I have asthma too (and also live in DC!) and heartburn and it’s very common to have both. You have to be really diligent about controlling your indigestion (which you clearly know and do) because if it gets out of control it very easily causes an asthma attack 😩
