I love your land base videos, bridges, beaches but, especially down in the Everglades. What fun. I know I'am a 65 year old grandma who wants to grab a fishing pole and go to a pond like I use to do with my Nana whom LOVED FISHING!!! That's where I got the love for finding a old lake or fishing hole out in the country and grab my Cain pole with worms and getting catfish or bass or whatever...great Memories!! Thanks for sharing this video.
Makes you scratch the head thinking about how you get in the boat and think about all the different fish you’re gonna catch then you go bank fishing and catch all the insure fish. Gotta love it.
Living in Spartanburg, SC I am a Pensacolian by birth. Watching many CZcams channels I was elated to find you in Pensacola. I fished and crabbed off the original 1940’s (?) Three mile bridge many a time. Nice to see the the newest bridge after all this time!
Love your videos brant. Reminds me why I fish in the first place. Usually just cast net some bait but they’re usually destroyed by mangrove’s n pinfish haha. Keep it up!!
I remember back in the day when Pensacola bay wasn't so developed there used to be a little dock that I used to fish off of when I got off work and caught all sorts of fish. Miss those days!
Hey bud do a catch n cook or a catch n give away fish to fishermen on the bank since this COVID-19 is happening. Thats all I have been doing since this pandemic is giving fish away to families. It makes a great episode if ya wanna
Lady fish is damn good eating. Just gotta learn how to clean it. Put it on ice over night, then begin to fillet it but only butterfly it (don't go through the belly). The last part is the easiest, just scrape out the meat with a spoon. That's it. We usually combine the fish with an egg, sesame seeds, green onion, garlic, ginger, shredded carrots, and a pinch of flour. Then Patty and pan fry in a bit of butter. Delicious! You should try it, you might like it.
You're so blessed to be able to fish like that!! I can't find time for me to go hardly ever. Mostly ponds and lakes in North Carolina. Bass are good, and bream too. I love ocean fish though. Been to keys once a few years back and caught some snappers, yellowtail, and a grouper that was black with a red mouth. Out of marathon
Lake Wheeler in central NC has Huge catfish! Toss live bluegills towards the spillway. You'll thank me. It also has huge crappies. Use tube baits for them.
We use a lot of live shrimps here in Spore for day fishing. Fresh squids or live fish for night. Catching a decent fish is so difficult here . Feeding is usually around the first two hours when water is coming up at its lowest and best is approx seven days after full moon or seven days after no moon. Which means when high tide is lowest within the month.
The beauty of this is that spot will be packed for months to come. There by taking the pressure off of other areas. The down side is few if any of those fish will be released regardless of size.
Před 3 lety+1
Dude if you've never eaten sea robbin you need to try it!!!! I know it may sound crazy But tried it this year and that's one of the best fish I've ever eaten! They are not junk like ya think! You'll never throw one back if you try it once

Another sweet vid brother keep them coming man I just moved to St Pete 2 days ago I live in Pinellas Park would love to meet you on the water one day Bud
8:36 That jack resembles a horse mackerel. Japanese word is AJI (あじ) or (アジ) Very good for sashimi & use as live bait when hooked thru the nostrils & cast out with no weight on it.
Brant, the black spots in the brown areas of the snake... 100% juvie moc. Try a fork instead of a spoon next time on the scaling. On bigger fish, I use a dog shedding brush! Keep up the content brother!
