I'm almost sure that it's Nerawareta Gakuen at 0:18 and 0:30 and I'm sure it's this one at 0:24, you can see it in a lot of (jasi's) AMVs.

I really love 3:15 when Senku raise his fist in the air. It just captures the feeling of victory as if you went through one epic fight that leaves you battle damaged, but you still raise that fist in the air because you know you were the one to move forward and not your opponent.
