For example if my Mothers DNA is represented by red, blue, green, purple, I might get red and green, my sister mine get purple and blue, my brother might get green and blue, so we each got 50% of our mothers DNA but not the same (overly simplified I know). Generally speaking you only share about 50% of your parents genes with your full sibling.

23 and me are inaccurate. Ancestry has a better history and have been found to be more accurate
