💛 In this video I will talk about many healthy habits that would be super beneficial both for your physical and mental health. In the first part of the video I will be focusing on physical, in the second part - on the mental.
💛 Healthy nutrition, rich in vitamins and minerals, lots of fresh water, sports and movement, hygiene - all of that included. Journaling, alone time, gratitude too!
💛 Take it slow, one habit at a time. If you are able to implement just one or more habits into your daily routine, you will feel a massive difference in your sleep, figure, energy levels, and calmness.
