Gulf Air was the first Airlines to fly to UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu dhabi, Muscat Etc)in those days before Emirates and Etihad came..
A Boeing 747 has become such a rare sight these days.......
💯Just a handful of cargo operators flying into Chennai. Though with the use of twin engine long haul increasing, the shelf life of the Queen is sadly on the decline

My Favourite as always is the IL76❤ and B747❤... These 2 are the iconic planes which also met mid air in the 1996 Charkhi Dadri Mid Air Crash in India. The Third biggest crash in the aviation history.
Good one !! Gulf Air's aircraft livery is inverse of its previous (white letters and logo on golden background) livery. Neat and simple livery on that LH cargo aircraft.

Why is Spicejet not flying their q400 nowadays?
SpiceJet used to operate to Bengaluru, Madurai using their Dash-8 etc. Both these routes have been suspended now. As of now Spice only uses their B737 from Chennai

I have a question, it’s been many years since I flew into Chennai but I follow airlines that fly into Chennai regularly. I’m quite surprised that Qatar airways is landing in Chennai during daytime. How is that possible? Their flight is mostly night in Chennai isn’t it?

Air France was delayed by almost 5 hours that day due to an aircraft change at Paris. Hence the delayed departure from Chennai.

It was a one off cargo operation. Silkway operated just a few number of charter cargo flights.
