Architects have been scratching their beards, smoking their briard pipes and talking to themselves: "Oh my god, I am genius, everybody is going to like this area so much. Lovely gray boxes. I am truly genius."
i like it.
Kiitos ihan törkeesti näistä videoista, tätä on kyllä tosi rauhottavaa kattoo kun ei ite oo päässy Helsingissä pyörimään yli vuoteen. Moni toki ihmettelee että "kuka tuolla nyt haluais kävellä" mut ite tuli kipiteltyy jopa parikymmentä kilsaa kesäisinä päivinä tuolla pokemonii pelaten. Yks mun lemppari alue Helsingissä on Vuosaaren Aurinkolahti, kesäisin etenkin on tosi nätti paikka et jos kuvauspaikkoja saa suositella niin siin on yks mistä ois ihana saada videoo. 🙏
Thanks! Great video. I love Pasila. Special concrete beauty and street art. Perfect place.
Really enjoyed this video! Thanks. Greetings from Sweden
Helsinki on niin hiljainen kaupunki. Pretty sure I got that sentence wrong. It's so quiet there, I love it. Nice video.
So great virtual reality walk tour. Thanks for sharing
This was amazing and very relaxing and beautiful, do you think you could do the same walk but in summer.
It looks beautiful but COLD :) Thank you for sharing
Thank you!
Жил там пару недель в Holiday Inn. Очень интересное место -- двухэтажные улицы. Запомнилось. Как раз примерно в это время года. Там рядом офис GE Healthcare.
Täällä on hyvin vieroitettu ihmiset luontoäidistä.
Miten tuolla noin hiljaista? Luulisi sunnuntainakin olevan enemmän väkeä.
Как после Зомби-апокалипсиса 😃
Ни души)
Но это и хорошо 👌🏻
The Best Pasila
There is one small pretty house there (28.50) - among the concrete monster.
I LIKED IT AND 7.32-9.39
24:01 its like a apocalypse movie 😂
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🇫🇮
I LIKED IT 3.33-9.27
Yäk mikä kylä..Huh ja ihmiset asuu vapaaehtoisesti vieläpä tuolla..en ummarra
Where are people?
The is my home:). 13:17
Almost as grim as 60s-built London
this is not the case here in Bulgaria.
End of the world 🌎 some parts of it looks like a ghost town 😳
What a hellscape. I like the street art but they're no substitute for actual color.
The Ukraine of Helsinki.
Very confusing place to visit for the first time. It looks much nicer when it is summer because of all the green trees but yeah the architecture is cold and grey. Big cement blocks and no interesting details. .
👍اعشق صوت قرع النعال ❤
لااشاهد سكان في هذه الجولة هل المدينة خالية من السكان
A terrible place deliver things when you can´t find a place you should go. It´s really stressful!
Thank god you didn't go West Side of Pasila. You would have been robbed😂
Looks like Soviet Union
Finland is so stressful to live there .....I hate this City
11:00 finland most ugliest building!
Looks like something straight outta Moldova.
Hey! I definitely agree with you on this :) I was living in Itä-Pasila sometime ago and I often saw this building because this supermarket was the closest one to me. I always thought that this must be the ugliest building in Finland! Glad to hear someone else feels the same way. It's actually so ugly that it's almost beautiful :) Have a great day!
@@asitis_walks It's called the Asemapäällikönhovi Building and is quite historic and internationally renowned. If you google it you can read about it on Wikipedia and you'll find that it's been featured on several websites, has a Facebook fan page and was even featured in the SOS Brutalism exhibition by the German museum of architecture in Frankfurt. You can read about it on the official Helsinki tourism website where it is listed as an architecture attraction: www.myhelsinki.fi/fi/n%C3%A4e-ja-koe/n%C3%A4ht%C3%A4vyydet/asemap%C3%A4%C3%A4llik%C3%B6nhovi
Hey! Wow, I had no idea. Thank you so much for the information. Might need to join that fan page :) Have a great day!

That Place should be demolished together with merihaka. Horrible.
You definitely don't live in either. If you actually ask residents, they will tell you how nice it is. Everything you might need is a short distance away, yet there is also no air or noise pollution, you don't need to cross streets at grade and you can keep your car underground where there is no hassle in the winter with it, all while living in a highly urban, mixed-use environment. Just ask anyone who owns a flat in either district why they chose to live there. You might be surprised to learn that many people also appreciate brutalist architecture and have no interest in frivolous ornament or dysfunctional urban planning from the 19th century.
@@jbi133 I referred to the appearance:)
