I live in Brushy Creek and we really enjoy it.
Peaceful community and pretty convenient commute to major tech employers.
Restaurant scene is still a bit lacking but improving bit by bit.
Loving the videos Jeremy. Good to see you pushing the production value up. looking great!
Thank you! Working hard on it.
Dripping Springs!
Agreed!
Could you do a video for the San Marcos area?
Niche vs Great school rating, which one is more reliable in your opinion?
I think both are good for different reasons. I like Great Schools more for school ratings.
1. BEE CAVE 2. LEANDER 3. BARTON CREEK
Solid!
does this list say when you are going live?
Haha. Next week. My schedule is full
How is Liberty Hill not on this list ? Niche needs to get its head on straight.
Leander is okay. Lived here a while now way before the blow up. It’s really just houses and apartments. There’s really nothing to do out here besides parks. I know developments are coming, but most of them are years away. Nothing but water problems and traffic out here. I can’t see how jobs would be rated high, I don’t know where those people are working, it’s mostly residential. As a Leander resident id rank us at 10. C- as a entire city
Probably because companies are moving that direction.
I am so confused! Why are they rating suburbs with a B higher than A+? And are they using prepandemic home prices?
Love Travisso
Why?
Scenic, improved convenience with many new stores nearby, lifestyle and amenities, LISD, community events. Rented my brushy creek home and moved here and we love it here.
@@vamsiii Did you like Brushy Creek?
Brushy creek is awesome, except that Travisso has high-end build quality compared to the ranch at brushy creek and also you can’t beat the views. However, commute from RBC was its biggest pro.
@@vamsiii great insight! That's what I was looking for!
Where do you live ?
SW Austin.
Go Pflugerville!
Good corrections on median prices.
Thank you!!!
Made the list!
@@JeremyAKnight PF is underrated because there is a lot of misunderstanding around it. There are some areas in PF that are pretty good and getting better. FP, BH and Avalon are good neighborhoods and they are surrounded by many good schools. In 5 mile radius, we have 5 good elementary school, 3 middle school and 2 high school.
Not to mention Costco, couple of HEBs, Stonehill and Lake PF too.
@@muhdabdullah1 thanks for the input!
I thought you lived in Drip? 😝
I do.
Ok I misheard that you said you lived in Cedar Park! I would love to live in Dripping Springs. Love your content!😊
