Dave Karofsky deserved better. They really dropped the ball by just discontinuing his story arc after his suicide attempt. Then bringing him back in a relationship with Blaine that was just terrible to to watch.
Totally agree. Glee was constantly creating and dropping story lines. Karofsky should have gotten his own series showing how he had grown to accept himself and respect others.

I remember that episode of the third season as one of the ones that caused the most emotional impact on me. Darren / Blaine embroider the interpretation, lyrics that expresses the feeling of millions of young people who live a difference that is not tolerated by a part of society, unfortunately still too broad. Cough Syrup is, in my opinion, in the top 3 of Blaine's solos.
