Long? Takes minimum 2 mins
For Ibis Paint viewers : go to filters (FX) and go to artistic and find noise. Then, add a new layer (tap on the button that says 1 and click the plus) and draw something. After that, go the Special/Liquify pen and tap expand. Now, all you have to do is hold on the canvas. Done! (If you want, you don’t have to add a layer and draw)

Plenty of free colour palettes which would do a far better job available on google, actually I think Flo has plenty of them in her treasure chest.
Just get a random color generator- it’s faster, plus you have a larger variety of shades!

Useless trick:
The lighting bolt sign next to turbulence
If u click it and select “Multi” u can colour the noise without using the glitch effect.

An easier way to get the static screen without using the glitch effect is when applying noise, change it from single to multi by pressing the lightning button on the rigjt

Gets picture from Google and put it in ibis paint *
This turned so good
a better way is to click the linting bolt on noise and press multi finally make the noise 100 its much better
You can also do this on ibis paint X! Select a glitch background (or just import one there) and click on the normal pen and click the pen labeled,"special" that'll take you to the liquify pen, set it to expand set how much you want to expand, and now tap your finger/pen on the screen and bam
