EDIT: I have been informed via Justan Aquaintance that ascencion and nihil creatures DO in fact change on respawn, making these much less amazing.

I know this is several months after, but a few thoughts. I did put the Runedragon in mine, it resawns at a max of 4 seconds sometimes it is almost a game tick after. I also am putting hill giants with it so for the big bone, for the split tooth necklace to get prayer xp back. I know someone mentioned the Tormented demon, which have to say is a great idea since they always attack in groups. instead of the rarrii, the Capsaruii, have half the life and same drops, so in a small room are pretty great. I currently have Spirtual Mages in my small room for the War Priest armours (you get the God components), and their ghostly essence (people use for the ectoplasmeter for Abyssal demons on the SLayer tower rooftop), can be 200K+ Drops, and if you can high alch quickly it is a massive amount of battle staves and noted items. I was really hoping you had a few ideas for combo Slayer Creatures, but atleast it was something, Thanks for the video.
holy cow, I never thought about god amor drop farming at all, thats an awesome ides! Yea. Tormented demons are handy just because of the location, plus you can put 1 in a room and be fine.

Just hit 99 slayer going for the pyramid, and completely forgot about cave horrors. Good ranking in general though, nice vid!
Thoughts on Waterfiends? I like having them there cause on DXP weekend they're overrun by other players looking for charms.
That would be a great addition to any dungeon as long as you have that need for charms! Great suggestion!
I added my Slayer codex to my pocket and can't remember what I have already killed and added to my dungeon.how do I view it?

Very nice vid sir, but unfortunately vyres dont have access to god armour drop table :(
vyres killed [with the sunspear] this way have a 20% chance of dropping loot similar to that given by shiny columbarium keys. Looking on the runescape wiki says they DO have access to this drop table.

On further inspection though, none of the god armor drops so drop fortunate components, so there is that.

Pretty late to commenting but tormented demons should really be like top 3 due to them being a pain in the ass to get to, you don't need to worry about luring and then getting mobbed by multiple of them and they've got pretty decent gp/hr with a little rng
+B3NNYification yea. In hindsight, these need to be rotated around a bit. But then again, this top 10 came out, like, a week after the menaphos update too. So there werr a lot of undiscovered stuff too.
Mine used to had abyssal demons, but they are awful there, other than that Muspah and Spiritual Warriors for afk money/xp
Plaining to put TD and ganodermic beasts in the last room.

I know this is a old comment but alot of the creatures are not the best he could have. Nihil is instanced so no one is going to crash you. Virewatch you can already have 5 or even 7 attacking you at once if you set it up right. Muspha are ok but there are better afk creatures. Celecstial dragons are just not right, there are enough in the normal dungeon and given the high hp you don't kill them fast enough to make use of the 4 secound respawn. Your better off putting Capsarius if you want acension creatures in your dugeon as these have less hp so less time to kill = more chances at keys. Abbey deamons are ok as well but again the normal spot is better if a little crowded. Airut are good for xp but I avoid them due to there special attacks.
My best list would have these
Crystal shapes. Plenty of guides out now.
Shawdow creatures. If you want elite clues.
Tormented demons.
Hydrix dragons are still a good idea as if you stand on spawn they do not use special attack.
Ripper demons (mentioned on this list)
Earth warriors for champ scroll.
Spiritual warrior good afk money
Imperial warrior akh good afk money if in top gear.
Abby deamons (but top of tower is better as contract)
Gargoles are also pretty popular as afk and you cna force a task for them with mask.

you don't need Orb of Oculus anymore by the way :) ... they added it permanently if you right-click the world map icon. Same place you change skyboxes. Also great video, the cave horror dung is a good one to do. 80k farm xp/hr will be amazing while I go for 120 farm :)
Thanks for the info, I'll have to try it out! But now that I know its an option, I might want to just use it cosmetically :P And yea. Cave horrors, to be honest, could be wayyyy up on that list for you, depending on your farming needs. Happy hunting!
Aquanites drop a lot of seeds as well, it's easy to get to already. However, with the faster respawns and the better grouping that could be another AFK combat-farming method.
I put vyres in my posd, they spawn randomly so i don't only get vyrelords and ladies and they don't agro. now i am going to assume you didn't just put them on the list to screw with people so what am i doing wrong?
This was a video made a few days after the update came out. There have been MANY changes since then. So i would take it in the last year+, they made vyres non aggressive. (As i guess its location based aggro instead of creature based now.)
I put one Tormented Demon and tasted three hours while I was afk watching stream.me
I made 7m the first hour, 16m! the second hour and 1,4m the last hour.

If lava strykewyrms were able to be put into your own dungeon, they wouldn't be worth doing because prices would crash.

probably already known now. abby demons simply for convience sake. but there really slow about half as fast. where are tormted demons? also nihils are no bueno. i did a 3 spawn. only good thing is you can ds and stand there so its meh. otherwise half decent.
Yep. The guide came out like, a week after the update, so things like nihils were still uncertainties. TD's would make this list upon remake.

I liked the idea but then you ruined it by not knowing if Nihils and Ascension creatures change form when they respawn. Reddit says they do.
also how about using other weaker monsters for pray when you kill them with demonhorn neck.

Well thank you for being super-honest about it. Yea, reddit is amazing.
Nihils are randomised but ascension creatures are not. The soul you get is random if you get it from a legio but if you kill rorarii, it will spawn 100% rorarii.

Why not include slayer monsters that you can't access?

Once you hit 110 slayer, it really slows to a grind.

The top 10 list is a bot outdated, but the dungeon is real.
I honestly didn't like this video. It was funny and well put together, but the actually list was horrible. All of the best monsters were left out, and horrible suggestions were made
(Abbysal demons? Really? You get extra damage in kuradel's dungeon, and 20% extra xp in the slayer tower. Noone should put these in a pod).
And some of the best options were left out, namely: Manifest shadows, elves, and corrupted kalphite guardians
I did not enjoy the video because of the tone and the lack of knowledge. The advice is mostly bad for maxed players (understandable since you probably aren't maxed). Essentially Muspah, Ganos, and Ripper Demons are the only ones in the list worth putting in (and Tormented Demons). In terms of gp you also missed out on Spiritual Warriors.

- Vyrewatch have really low weighting by Morvran so you'll essentially never use it.
- The reason why Muspahs are good are because the rooms can have up to 5 spawns, compared to 3 at the World Gate.
- Chaos Giants have a huge room full of mobs, so you'd do better to justify why go for a room with only 5.
- Ganodermics are great in the dungeon because the ones in Polypore are incredibly spread out.
- Gemstone dragons are awful because it takes an immense amount of kills to even get a soul -- and getting there is easy with Karamja gloves 4.
- Lava Strykewyrms can't be placed in the dungeon, so why even have it at number 2?
Thanks for commenting @iq43notnerd! I absolutely love when people drop some good ol' constructive criticism on the video. A couple of things I would comment about, both correct points you made, and little assumptions that I feel need a bit of clarification. Let's go down your list.
1. This video was made the week of release, so the wikipedia page was both incomplete... or should I say, non-existent at the time. Thank you for posting the page though, It's quite helpful now. My lack of knowledge was based off of the timing of said video.
2. I am in fact, maxed, however The guide isn't directly made for maxed players, as most people who have 99 slayer, are not also maxed. Not a lot of us out there.
3. I personally hate tormented demons, but considering the great lengths you have to go to get to them, I do believe you are correct in saying they belong on this list. Possibly replacing vyres.
4. Spiritual warriors is a great addition to the list, and upon hindsight, I would remove chaos giants, your point there is very valid.
5. Both the gemstone dragons and Lava strykewyrms were featured in the "dishonorable mentions" section, not at number 3 and 2. (found at 6:20)
