Vegetable Seekh Kabab Recipe | Aloo Ke Seekh Kabab | Vegan Kababs

In this video I show you how to make Vegetable Seekh Kababs, also known as Aloo kababs. These are great for vegetarians and vegans who are looking for that spicy kabab hit without the meat!
Ingredients:
Water for boiling
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
8 Peppercorns
1 Tsp Salt
1Kg Red Potatoes
100g Carrots
90g Green Peas
Kababs:
1.5 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Granules
1 Tsp Ginger Powder
1.5 Tsp Crushed Chillies
1.5 Tsp Chilli Powder/Basaar Mix
1.5 Tsp Tandoori Masala
1.5 Tsp Chaat Masala
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1.5 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/4th Tsp Black Pepper
2 Medium Onion - chopped
1 Red Chilli Pepper - Chopped
3 Green Chillies - Chopped
1 Tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
¾ Cup Breadcrumbs
5 Tbsp Rice Flour
Oil for greasing
