I can tell you the expat staff in Manila need to take care themselves everywhere they go as they are targeted of being kidnapped or robbed. Police have done nothing about this or no one help you on the street. It absolutely end of the American Asian era.

The government could do more for these people , create public housing ,clean up the environment, create jobs for these people, and educate the children. The government should have money from taxes and corporations to stop this epidemic, create a tourist industry for this area😢😢😢😢😢
