I shoot left handed too. For the thumb rest I made my own with some thermoplastic I got off Amazon years ago. I used it many times. I put a thumb rest next to the safety and above the trigger. It's not very sturdy, you can rip it off if needed. So I ended up molding a thin plastic that fits between the grip and frame. Putting it on top of some talon grip also works. Heating up the metal with a hair dryer will drastically make it stick better. It's not the best looking but you can shape it how you want and cover it with grip tape. I've done this with several of my cz metal frame pistols. Just enough so my thumb won't slip off. Hope this helps

Hey James, great video, watched 22Plinkster do one earlier and that gun is stupid accurate. I think the more you shoot that gun the more you’ll realize the great quality. I have a 4.5” Scorpion non threaded that I’ve used in slow fire 50ft and steel challenge and I’ve never shot anything that compares to it, even better than my MKII slabside Competition which I shot for years. I own the Volquartsen Momba X upper with the Tandenkross Kraken lower. That is the best of both world. You get the ability to screw the upper down and eliminate the wiggle. shoots like a laser beam .I have the finger rests I believe I picked them up from Tandemkross when I purchased the Kraken lower. I run the SRO on mine , the mount on the upper offers os much flexibility there are three locations to mount the optics rear mid and forward . I also have the mini upper for when I shoot suppressed and it still shoots like a laser beam . But back to the Momba Kraken combo I like the balance and weight of the two pieces united..

I'm left-handed too and if you put the Picatinny rail on your pistol Tandem Kross just came out with a thumb rest for left-handed shooters that mounts on the rail and Striplin Custom has a left-handed thumb rest but it's for a 22/45 and I'm not sure if it would work on your Scorpion. Great series so far and interesting as I am starting a journey in Steel Challenge. Everything I have seen with Volquartsen is a 1 year warranty but you said lifetime is that because of who you bought it from or something else. I am really contemplating the Victory Performance center and the Black Mamba.

Scorpion frame is much better than the mark IV. I never had difficulty with the mark III system at all.

MAMBA-TF models have aluminum frame.
Do you think the black mamba x whether it be just the upper or the whole gun Would is more accurate than say a stock mark 4 22/45 lite
