@@Hattori75 Some people learn things. He said "I didn't learn anything." Not "no one learns anything." It's really the certification that a lot of people want, which makes sense since if you already have the passion, everything is mostly there.
It's sometimes hard to remember that Brad is like, an actual chef. Like. He knows how to cook. He went to culinary school. Look at him.

@@MrSteelermania well it kinda is ricotta but it isnt normal whey. ricotta is normally the whey protein (plus a bit of protein from milk) and whats left is acid/sour whey

I generally like him, but this video is not a good example of his knowledge. He never made ricotta! Real ricotta cheese starts off with whey (which they tossed out). Ricotta is a way to extract more nutrition and value out of the leftovers (whey) from other cheeses.

I was into a group for group project recently and me and one of the other members became friends because we started talking about fermenting foods! Almost correct. Matt Hunziker is the editor and Vinny is the creator/camera/post-production supervisor. Matt edits and handles the animations that him and Vinny come up with. Brad Leone is the host of the show.

It feels kinda awkward to me, like Andrew (who has to accept that everyone calls him Babish to avoid being a poor sport) doesn’t know how to deal with brad’s personality which absolutely soaks up all the attention. Andrew is so much more subdued than that (and the jokes on his show are written) so he feels a little bit out of place.
