Reasons why they wear mask:
1. Feds can use they music as evidence in court but if they wear a mask they can say it’s not them
2. Not everyone that wears a mask is about that life, some guys just wear it for fashion but ain’t done nothing in the streets
3. Some guys wear it because they want privacy, they don’t wanna be noticed when they out in public
Not really. The feds know who the people are behind the mask. It used to be for that reason but then it became a culture to hide your face in a drill song. Nowadays the masks dont have any effect for feds. The artists probably dont care about being famous or just go along with the culture
