I think it’s impossible to tell because of bad luck protection on legendaries making you more likely to get one the more packs without a legendary you opened

pitty timer applies to legendary drops in packs, 1 every 20-40 packs, plus there is a no dupe rule now until you have all commons and rares in a set.
roughly you could say golden legendary drops are 0.1% vs 1% to 0.5% for non golden legendary.
