      Addendum: I made it and it was unbelievably good. I did not tell my family (who loved it) that it was a healthy pie, or that it had silken tofu. Maybe someday.

    I accidentally bought firm tofu, is it ok to use that instead, with a little plant milk added? Thanks SO much… love your channel!!!

      Yes, it will absolutely still work. Add the tofu to a blender and slowly incorporate your liquid until you get a creamy consistency, like a thick yogurt. If you find that there are still solids in it, you can pass it through a sieve. I hope that helps, happy cooking :) And thanks for the love!!!

    Instead of coconut oil, try dates and some warm water for the crust.
