Nice review man, thx for the share. Every time I see a hypto krypto it’s a fix on two parts 😂 During a long time I had some hesitations to buy one but I went for Firewire and I never had regrets since then. My all quiver is from Firewire… Revo, FRK, Chumlee, Sweet Potato 2, Hydronaut, Cymatic 😅🤙🏾
Thanks man. Firewire boards has a big range of different shortboards, and the boards are high quality. Also, most of those board designs are collabs between surfers and shapers which is quite nice. God bless! YEW! 🤙
FRK ibolic and Cymatic volcanic is my 2 board quiver
I just got a 5'7 31L Cymatic volcanic with a set of the Captain Fin co Panda 5 fin quad set, can't wait to ride it.
@@tezf6883 The FRK Ibolic just came out! How does it feels?
I agree 100% on your review, had one.
My friend rips the best on his Dominator 2.
I think the best all arounder is the Cymatic.
How does the tail of the cymatic feel?
@@AdrianIrizarry like no other ....... Super user friendly!
@@ThePokersurfer Nice, maybe I'll try it some day! Yew!
@@AdrianIrizarry trust me you'll love it Make sure you get the same volume as your high performance shortboard Don't over length it
@@ThePokersurfer OK, if I have the chance to get one ill ride it!
Hi man, I have about the same surfing skill level as you and I am 160lbs and 5'7". I want to buy a hypto krypto and I am doubting about the size. I see you got the 5'8" but I was thinking about the 5'7" or even the 5'6". What is your opinion based on your experience?
you could go with a smaller hypto than you think. The 5'8 felt too big too fast. if you trust your surfing I would go with the 5'6 easily. the board hast plenty of volume on the nose.
What’s with the traction pads getting cut in half?
So when I put my foot on the traction, I know it's all the way back. I can make a vid explaining the benefits of it.
I can tell you that the Hypto is not as good as people say. I have found the Untitled v2 by Haydenshapes to be the much better board in all conditions. The hypto was bog central for me haha. Thanks for the review
Yeah. The main reason I changed was because the board looked super flat on footage and felt flat, then went to a board with a bit more curve. But for beginner to intermediate surfers the board would work well. Would like to try the untitled. yew! God Bless! 🤙
I've always wanted to try a V2 untitled
@@tezf6883 Same!
