I know Lily Sanfelippo can play Stacy Frick again if she had a bigger role in a later Turning Red production, because she already has two long-term animated television roles that were ongoing at the same time as her role of Stacy Frick in Turning Red. She currently plays Ghost-Spider/Gwen Stacy in Spidey and His Amazing Friends, and Axl Ambrose in Firebuds, which also had Miriam's voice Ava Morse in two episodes to play Cinder.
I think Turning Red could use a prequel that focuses more on the personalities of Mei's friends and father in which - Meilin meets Abby, Miriam, Priya and Stacy at a summer camp for learning music in the summer before they enter the sixth grade, two years before the original Turning Red movie takes place with them in the eighth grade. I think Domee Shi and Hyein Park would love to write that prequel because (A) we could learn more about why Ming dislikes Miriam the most out of Meilin's friends, (B) this could make Abby, Miriam, Priya and Stacy's personalities more three-dimensional when they have as much development as Meilin, (C) Stacy would have a much bigger part in this prequel where she could be a friend of the other four girls but have some reason for not remaining close with them and having other friends before the eighth grade, and (D) the origin of Meilin meeting her friends before and when they start going to middle school can carry the same themes of being true to yourself and embracing your wild side without Meilin's red panda power, when this prequel about Meilin at the beginning of middle school takes place two and a half years before she got her red panda blessing, near the end of middle school.

Fun fact:
Stacy is very similar to a book/Netflix movie called ‘Babysitters Club’
Both have characters called Stacy, and both (I assume) have diabetes.
Stacy (Babysitters Club) had a backstory before she moved schools
Actually Stacy a.k.a OMG Girl also appeared during Mei's family ritual song and 4*Town's popular song at the end
