True but sometimes the celebrities are a bit precious, expecting free easy publicity for their project with out expecting to have to give anything in return. Eg how can Paris Hilton expect an interview of substance when she has no substance.

Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! It would be very difficult for the celebrities to stay in character when the interviewers throw extremely difficult questions they have prepared for a long time. I'm just hoping those questions were given to them to review prior to the interviews.

Yeah, they all had their right to cut the interview! Whether I like someone or not does not take away that fact. The purpose of an interview is to talk about an agreed topic. The minute you stray from that or go digging into personal information, they have the right to walk away!

It became her "thing" to trash their clothing or whatever project they were promoting at the time. I guess you could say one of the first trolls before that became a thing. She wasn't well liked at the time of death.

@@MMLynnmarie the short answer is Nardwuar basically brought up his uncle, that as Mojo states died. Rather off handedly (and IIRC the death was recent at the time) plus IIRC Cudi was also struggling with various issues at the time

It’s really annoying watching these as a viewer I’d want to know about the movie or the music they’re talking about and then to have the interviewer try to ask about invasively personal and irrelevant questions is so aggravating. It's actually up to the interviewer to ask the questions. If the subject gets to dictate the questions, It's not an interview, it's a press release or promo!

I'm not sure if the high percentage of Australian interviews and interviews impresses me or shames me as an Australian?
The Joan Rivers one is funny with the quotes that come up at the bottom of the screen like "A mad diva". I'm not a huge fan of Joan but I wouldn't blame anyone for walking out over that OTT enthusiasm. Most of the other walk-outs are understandable too courtesy of the interviewer trying for their "gotcha" moment.

I happened to be watching that Joan Rivers interview with CNN's Fredericka Whitfield when it happened. Whitfield tried to take Rivers on about her comedy style, i.e. it's cruel and/or mean. Rivers stayed a lady and kept her cool. So, when that didn't work, Whitfield started talking sh--... about Rivers wearing fur. Joan had had it. So she walked. Passive aggressive Whitfield could not have been more fake. FAKE WHITFIELD!!
