Play On, Philly! Guest Artist Series: Harold Robinson and Joseph Conyers

Throughout the year, many professional musicians and ensembles take the time to visit our students. Our goal is to import the finest talent and bring these resources into the communities we serve. Bassists of the Philadelphia Orchestra, Harold Robinson and Joseph Conyers, made a visit to provide a clinic for our bass studio and perform for the POP Symphony Orchestra. Here are some highlights from their presentation. The mission of Play On, Philly! is to foster generational change, develop critical executive functioning skills, provide an environment of opportunities, and increase achievement by providing daily musical training for children and adolescents living in challenging economic and social conditions.
