One thing that I have learned on my spiritual journey is that when you end up dropping down to the lower levels of consciousness like shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, and pride You have to ask yourself what is triggering the emotion that you are feeling, then ask yourself why you are feeling that way by allowing that trigger to activate that emotion. When you do, it will give you the capabilities of formulating a response instead of reacting to what that emotion brings. Whenever you have a situation come up, and you start asking yourself, better questions the answers will come, only then will your responses be different than your reactions, but it takes awareness to catch yourself in the act in order to correct the behavior or the pattern. Remember, nothing can affect you emotionally or spiritually unless you allow it to.

I can't begin to tell you all, how lovely blissed OUT, I am watching these videos, as too, reading the comments! My love and appreciation, just continually explodes and explodes!!! Watching these videos, just supports me, in knowing I am, as I journey on my spiritual path, I grow more in tune with my Spiritual Self, and it just feels so GOOD! Everything that is being said, here both by the videos and comments of us all. We are all heading home to the most unfathomable love of self, as we reflect the profound love of the Universe, in the presences of who we are of now. Realizing the profundity of where we have come from and now, where we are heading back too. There are no words! And I stand here now, in the wisdom, to live in the knowing that there is nothing that is not LOVE, and I am privileged to live that truth, and share with all of life, be it close or far from me. Love is boundless! Can you not be more blissed out knowing your time on the earthly plane, that we have lived endless lives, that it is at an end. To now, experience levels of higher consciousness so beyond our imaginations, and that will be only for the moment, for our souls are of the eternal. I am a servant. I look after people with dementia or just old people who need help.
It is a job which defines me.
While I help them with all my heart I also can achive my goal. I have been travelling a lot. I made travel a priority.
I live in a student house, in one room. I have a small older car.
Yet my family and a lot of people hate me because I travel.
I do have friends who are happy for me. I am very greatful for that.
I know I am doing the right thing because I am 100 per cent happy and my treasure is in my soul. All diamonds and pearls and pretious stones from all the places I have been in.

Thank you for helping our elderly! My mom had dementia and passed away! I felt so blessed to spend time with her during that time! She always had a beautiful smile for her children whenever we visited her, even though she didn’t speak or seem to know her children, I felt love & joy when I looked into her eyes! Bless you for what you do❤️

Yes sir you have made a difference in my life listening to all the things you telling me you keep up opening people's hearts their minds their love and their capacity to vibrate on a high vibration sense of love compassion generosity weakness and purity.
I pay attention to my dreams because sometimes they are a message of teaching me the way to go on my path. I had one this morning about how to empty my bad thoughts. To me that was the miracle and the answer and I was SO grateful for that. The Universe teaches me a lot through my dreams. I started listening to my dreams years ago with one Very Special dream. It was definitely a message from above!

I have just started my journey and am truly grateful for the love that I'm able to give myself. I've done everything for my family, thinking it's all in love . Until I've been able to come to the realization that it's providing but not love , I had to learn to love myself to figure out I didn't have love in me to give .I'm still learning, but every day is a good day, and I'm letting my light shine.

Great thoughts. Spirituality is making oneself an embodiment of all Christ lived and preached- love, compassion, charity, being a good example of simplicity, and not the least appreciating God's creation. Then we can attract a positive vibration from the universe to connect us to that Supreme God.
Love these videos. I really needed to hear this one. This message has reached my head and I will continue to listen until it reaches my heart. For me the battle between "knowing and being" never seems to end.

Be careful with the service to others thing. You dont want to be too much of a service to your own detriment. I had/have to learn that as i need/ed to learn boundaries. I am better at it but i still need to stand strong in those boundaries especially when they are tested.
