- Hey Everyone,
First off, I am still saving up for the new camera, so this episode is shot on the classic one. It works out well that I really love the look.
Today is about tying up loose ends with both the TT and the E30. I feel like we have went from big job to big job and have been leaving behind a number of small jobs that need doing. Those smaller jobs add up, and at this point I need to take care of them so I am able to focus on bigger things.

Small jobs became more and more important to me. Did all the big things and sat there. Did not bother with fixing the little things but everyday they were present and annoyed me. I have to say though, with years I increasingly liked things working as they should and having a car "complete". Modified sure, but complete nontheless. Now I'm back to enjoying the little fixes like swapping out all the interiour lights with warm white LEDs while repairing some light fixtures a previous owner managed to break. Details are so nice
I LOVE your videos, it truly feels like I’m watching a movie every time I watch one of your videos I just found out about you yesterday and you gotta be my new favorite car CZcamsr! ❤
Hey Thank you so much for the support! I am stoked to hear you like the channel that much! It means the world to me!
The story telling in your videos is fuxking next level! And your narrations make it feel like some kind of high end TV production. Nice work man
Is that how the bushings were shipped? Best packaging ever
This is my new favorite channel
Hey that means the world to me. Thank you so much!
Another great video, keep it up, these are an absolute blast to watch
these videos are a cinematic experience. incredible work!! love it
Ha, this is exactly what I did recently on my TT. I unbolted the brake line support bracket and left the brake line intact while lowering the trailing arm to change the bushing. Great cinematography, btw. Although I am not speaking from first hand experience, but I heard that polyurethane bushes are not the greatest option unless all the bushes in the rear are changed to poly at the same time (upper and lower control arm bushes). This is because you don't want to have differential stiffness across the suspension system. Poly bushes have much less give in them compared to the rubber ones. if your control arms are allowed more flex side to side (which deflection they are designed to prevent), effective contact pressures at the bush socket can accelerate wear of the socket. When the poly bushes seize, the same firmness that makes for a great handling also means that road shocks and other loads are transferred directly without any damping. Just my two cents / two pennies.
such amazing video quality
His music choice is awesome!!
I think so too! It's is so nice watching it, the quality is perfect, calming and sharp enough. And for a young guy having such a good taste in finding the right music, whatever the genre, to compliment the scene is a rarety for sure.
Thank you a ton for the support! I really appreciate it!
I spent a long time picking it so I'm stoked to hear you enjoy my choices!
Sometimes the devil is in the details. It's great to get some small annoyances out of the way. It can feel pretty rewarding to finally deal with them if they have been a problem for a long time!
love the way you make your videos
Watch nerd/enjoyer spotted😀
Absolutely! I get a new one with each life milestone haha.
As always, thank you for keeping the TT content coming. Random question, when you installed your fuel pump on the TT and swapped the hose barb over (my line was damaged so you may not have had to do this), how the heck did you get the corrugated fuel line over it?! 6mm lines are too small and 8mm lines too large... I was waiting on parts so tore out the interior to swap to a new carpet...these cars are a never-ending project. Good thing we tend to enjoy the journey as much as the destination. Cheers!
I did it with a heatgun and a lot of caution
Always enjoy the vids bud keep rocking. I’m a little late this week been tied up in a Subaru…..
I'd love to see some drifting videos in the future with your way of storytelling and cinemaphotography, perhaps in a certain 4door rwd german car designed by Bavarian Motor Works
If he went to a drift event, he could probably get some ride alongs with other CZcamsrs to potentially help grow his channel.
Man... drifting would be an absolute blast! I like to build cars for specific things rather than ambiguous purposes haha. So a specific "learn to drift" project car is 100% going to happen for the channel someday!
@@dustysteele5408 that would be pretty sweet! There are a number of big youtubers local to me! Sadly my videos are a bit out there style wise so id be surprised if they wanted to collab lol
@@HunterDirection in my opinion a lot of CZcamsrs could learn a thing or two from your editing style. I paid for a drifting experience where I live and it was an absolute blast.
@@dustysteele5408 Hey I really appreciate the kind words! My video production and editing is all geared towards film vs youtube... So that's why they feel so different haha. But a drift experience sounds really dope
Ah, so like I told you, it’s possible to do the rear bushing without disconnecting the brake lines. ( And it’s seems that another guy told you the same ).
You know that you have to do asap alignement, since the plate hold by the 4 bolts is moving right/left. It’s were alignment is set ;)
Your suggestion was spot on! I really appreciate all the advice and help! Totally saved me bleeding the brakes for no reason. And an alignment is 100% on the list haha. Thank you for the support
i never post buttttttt, these videos are so good in every way possible
Have you studied film-making & writing? I would love to hear about how you became interested in making videos. The cinematography and narration is great.
Your videos at times feel like have hints of Fear & Loathing, Wes Anderson and more (I am but a movie layman, forgive me everyone).
Love the channel, keep it up. Can’t wait to see you blow up like crazy - i’m sure all your followers feel the same!
How do the new bushings ride on the TT? Nice upgrade and excellent video as usual!
Did you actually change your watch to match the day and date you released the video? You are a master with all the details!
He is definitely a master of his trade.
Haha Yes... Yes I did 😅 I am happy you enjoy the small details. I hide alot of them. If I ever did a directors commentary episode I could talk about that a ton haha
@@HunterDirection Lol keep it up, and someday you will be a director because you do a great job!
Nice! I was right about being able to just disconnect how the brake line is mounted.
You absolutely were! Your comment led me down the rabbit hole of realizing needing to bleed the brakes for a bushing would be terrible engineering haha. Thank you a ton! I owe you!
I’m glad I was able to help, that’s enough satisfaction for me.
When do we get to see what the big turbo on the TT can do? 😎
Probably once things cool down schedule wise (in a couple weeks) I haven't forgotten, I've just got some really "special episodes" in the works! That will make a lot more sense once it's all announced haha
10k special?
That would be super interesting. What would you want to see in it?
@@HunterDirection maybe the director’s cut like you mentioned in another comment?
@@dustysteele5408 That would be pretty interesting🤔 the issue is picking an episode to do that for haha. I will say... I've got a number of "special episodes" in the works at the moment haha so those are coming for sure
@@HunterDirection timed race of each cars around your favorite country road, seeing what their strong points and weak points are compared to one another!
Extremely underrated channel, you deserve more views than you get my guy 🫶
Why are your videos so dark in appearance? I gotta turn the brightness up just to see what's going on
