Seeing that I watched this whole vid and not surprised to see Red Magic come in last in battery life due to the Refresh Rate, I'm still saying that Red Magic would be better than the other 2 simply because of that Refresh Rate, fast charging, performance, backup charging while gaming and charging, and the fan.
So personally, I'm sticking with Red Magic for a while longer until the other competitors can step up their game big time. Amazing vid though

how has your battery life been like? I just got the ROG 5s a week ago and the battery is very dissapointing for me as im only getting about 5-6 hours screen on time, granted I am playing games a lot of the time on it BUT even leaving it over night from 100% till morning (about 7 hours) it dropped by about 8%.

Rog phone 5 is a scam, I bought this device to play Genshin Impact when I was traveling but after I played it for 30 minutes the cellphone was so hot that even my hands didn't dare touch the screen because it was too hot and even worse the game suddenly force close by itself like seriously i bought this device for $499 🤬😡

I believe you, I had my motherboard replaced twice because of how trash its cooling is. Its the best look with incredible speakers and has a nice IU but its terrible for long gaming sessions, even an hour is too much for it.

Red Magic is a huge liability as it's not water resistant - if you need to repair it because of that, you'll have to pay more than its original cost (!). They don't have physical stores or local support which means any repair will be done abroad (with shipping costs being charged to you), and any peripherals you want to buy will also come with a shipment surplus, so it's just a money sucking machine. Just to give you an idea, my RM 6 pro (top specs) lightly touched some water which got into the charging port (so it's not like it was submerged) and because that's not covered by the warranty I had to send it abroad for repair. They said all data in there is lost (an sd card slot would have been useful here) and they are asking for roughly 120% its original price to repair it. Obviously I'm not paying that to repair a phone that is no longer their latest generation. I'd be paying more than double for a soon-to-be obsolete device with not even any emotional attachment since all data is gone. Gaming phones are a huge risk because they're not water resistant, but Red Magic really takes the cake. Any suggestions on a high-end cool smartphone I can use for gaming that's water resistant and has good customer support?

The sad thing is that the Rog 5 has had constant frame drops for months.
      $1000 burned.
I haven't had any fun with this phone for months.
I can't record anything without it being very jerky.
is a known issue that has never been fixed.

the red magic is just a box full of the newest components that a smartphone can have, it's obviously not a good gaming smartphone, there's no work behind it, that's why black shark 4 pro is probably the best of all, for the work they put to create that master piece, from the liquid cooling system to the magnetic pop-up triggers, and even without the lastest processor it's the same as the red magic 7 for performance bruh

At 100% , it doesn't care if it is just 1-2% difference but when the device heats and tries to throttle , the asus handles it better than the two device , flagship performance , the iphone 13 pro max is still the best battery
