I've had that glitch before (11:00). It also takes the occurence from both ice archer/mage together freezing the same target. It was done by having the two frost effects going at the same time until target was frozen by ice archer, ullr axe, frost breath, etc while under influence of frozen block.

Nice video oh btw I have an update about the ultimate campaign I gave up trying to fix it on my computer so now I’m making it on my laptop I’m starting from scratch on it and remaking the whole thing because it needed too many fixes
