True I used to have so many times were its hard to fall asleep especially when you have school i would be so tired as i would get in trouble then i explained everything that i never told people cause i would get embarresed and they would be like your lying is what my family said but i talked to my principle and counceler and now they would let me take naps in class periods in 6th grade before covid 19 now i dont have sleeping problems.

Be warned. This video sent me into a realm of sleep my body has not known for ages. My original goal was to nap for just an hour and return to my waking state. 2 hours later when I finally regained consciousness my mind was delirious from the intense relaxation it had undergone. Having to fight with all my mental strength to drag myself out of the bed I finally was able to make it to the bathroom for a cup of water. So just a word of caution for anyone looking for this to aid in their journey to dream land, it will take you there but it will also want to keep you there.
