This Home has the quality most Modular Home Builders don't offer. One of the biggest difference's this Manufacturer offers is in design, its not your Manufactured Home knockoff. Great new video intro, keep up the great work.
Very Nice Home!!!! And I Love The Big Closets In The Rooms!!! The Kitchen Is Nice Too The Price Is Not Bad For All This Space, It's A Winner, And The Windows Are Beautiful!!!
Love foyer's in homes.. What I would want is a fireplace, replace pantry cabinet with built-in oven, and change the 1st section of the utility room and make that a walk-in pantry. Also I agree with all the MBR needs a bathtub, no a spa tub... I mean for 200K, I must say I have seen better...
A foyer/entryway, fantastic, so that you don't walk right into the entire home(I wish more of these modular houses had this). I'm not a fan of 'open-concept', so the livingroom/kitchen/diningroom all in one space is a negative for me. The five paneled doors are very nice. Lots of counter space and cabinets is great, and the mudroom/laundry area is a bonus. The closets are nice and large; one is almost as large as the room it is in, hmmm...less closet, more bedroom. No tub in the master, and no window in the main bathroom, big drawback. All in all, a nice house for someone who likes this design.
Believe it or not, a foyer is the NO. ONE thing I'm looking for in a new home. The whole neighborhood doesn't need to see our family watching America's Got Talent on our couch in our jammies every time we order pizza... I could kill Joanna for mind-tricking people into thinking seeing the entire house from the front door makes any sense AT ALL (especially if we were dumb enough to think we could keep everything WHITE), lol.
Ohhhh, if only it was available in Florida. Absolutely beautiful. It has everything I want but a soaking tub in the master bath. The island is such an unusual shape that is eye catching and I have never seen such big closets in guest rooms.
Love the new intro of music 🎶 and graphics. This house is very beautiful!! All the details are around every corner. It's more house than I'll ever need. But absolutely Gorgeous!!
I really enjoyed your commentary and your special effects at the front door 😊 This home is so spacious and beautiful. Getting to the laundry room was kind of mazy, but overall, a very nice home.
You are correct that is a stick built made in a factory! This is gorgeous i love the space the kitchen hidden laundry room the master suite i can't think of 1 thing I don't like
I really kinda like this home.. and Glad you said I might can have my gas stove. Two things. 1. I know the cabinets might could come in gray or white wash.. 2.. i do not like floor vents. But I am sure they might work with me. Thanks for this showing Like it !!
Do they have beautiful modular communities with lots plotted out so we don’t have to go out and look for one and can they build on site, also where we don’t have to deal with permits and all of that. You like when they do traditional stick built homes
Very cool the way that the three sections create such a distinct footprint. I'm never a fan of the open concept, though. Too much noise from the kitchen overtakes the living room. Makes it impossible to watch TV or have a quiet evening after dinner. Give me separation.
Overall the home was nice. Couple things I did nit like which are the location of the mudroom/laundry room, the bedroom had plain-looking features, as well as the master bath.
i love it but i wish the air vents were on the ceiling and the master closet it too small, no tub in master..also white wire shelves have to go. there is no pantry as well.
Where was the water heater? It's a nice house in a lot of ways, but it would be a better one if it had a large walk-in pantry, a half bath, and tub in the master bathroom. Also, a double wall oven in the kitchen and a sprayer faucet in the laundry room would make it better. I feel like I've seen some double wide homes that offered more in the way the space was used to so that they did include some of the things I mentioned that would have made this home better. This home comes in 3 sections which I suppose adds to the visual interest of the place and gives it more of a site built appearance from the front and sides, but I kind of get the feeling that it isn't necessarily any larger than a double wide, it just has one of what would be a half of a double wide cut into an additional section and arranged differently. From the back, it still looks a lot like a single wide mobile home. It's still a nice home, and it appears to be a good quality build, but it's not for me. Thanks for sharing this tour with us! 🙂
I love the house. And focusing on the future, pretty near future, I would love to know what your base price is for this modular home. I understand there are other costs and expenses that will not be included but I really would love to know what your base price is.
~ $190K for just the home as seen in the video. Delivery, set-up, and other site related and finishing costs aren't included, but I'm guessing could run at least another $30K in addition to whatever land costs you would have to factor into the total cost. That would be even higher if you have to put in a driveway, well, run electricity, have special grading, and put in a septic system. At that point, you might as well also consider a site built home.
You said pantry but never showed it. Just say no to microwave over stove, it can turn into a fire hazzard. Needs to have linen closet in kids bath. Loved the closet space in bedrooms.
Why do they only use one full size window dimension? No matter what manufacturers build, they all use the same sized cheap double hung window. These windows cheapen even the best built beautiful modular home. There is nothing worse than seeing a home covered the same windows. Aside from the trailer windows, this is a beautiful home.
For a three section modular I expected better. Not a fan of the floor plan. It has some nice features but overall they missed the boat. For the price that it will be on installation I have seen much better.
The house is just a basic nice to me. There is no real wow factor to this home in my opinion. I so dislike the built in tv component looks like only a 40" tv can fit up there I know for sure my 55" & 65" aren't going up in there. I've seen better homes that have that magnificent wow factor that offered a Den/Family Room plus a bonus room for an office or craft room & with an already built on back porch that is a lot cheaper than this home!!!
I agree. This house is not a great house. Miss matched hardware and cheap counters, cheap flooring. Here in NC you can build a 2200 sq ft home, stick built for the mid $180,000 with this builder basic formula. Value Build stick builds homes for $89 a sq ft. Something to think about. We were looking to build our 2nd modular when I found Value Build. Modular homes are becoming way overpriced.
I don’t live “down east” and I don’t think that’s the name of the home builder, so I’ll pass on subscribing. I am looking at buying a home, but I’m in far south Texas.
Alot of up grades would have to be made no carpet though out, the tubs in each bathroom sub way tile needed. That cheap limate is absoulty a no go. I don't understand why manufactures don't at least put granite as standard and other materials for a up grade. It really makes the home look cheap with all that cheap limate Overall the layout is nice. Don't like how narrow the hall ways are. All lighting would need to be upgraded overall the cost I would have to put in isn't worth it.
Seen way nicer double wides than this. Wire shelving in a mediocre master closet. You'll pay way more for this home than a manufactured home. $200k no way. Thx for sharing the video as it does give us an insight to options with these.
Gee...I hope they take the trailer tongues off...looks awful! No master tub 😢...beautiful great room/kitchen. Utility rooms are awesome...get rid of carpeting and wood floors throughout.
2000 square feet, low 190 or more for upgrades plus moving cost, and I don't even get simple upgrades a stick build offers. That is absoulty not worth the cost. Then extra to build a car garage. No way.
Nice but don't like the living room on top of the kitchen and don't like a master bathroom with no tub and the master closet is not that big are the master bathroom not to
Wow that home is gorgeous! The Royal Blue/White combo is a real head turner.
That actually looks like a light slate blue with a bit of baby blue added. Royal blue is closer to cobalt blue.

I wouldn't.
I can totally fill up those kitchen cabinets and drawers
Very Nice Home!!!! And I Love The Big Closets In The Rooms!!! The Kitchen Is Nice Too The Price Is Not Bad For All This Space, It's A Winner, And The Windows Are Beautiful!!!
Wow just wow
Really nice home. It's missing a place for an upright freezer though. Wish the laundry room had a window.
Nice very nice only thing I like windows in the bathrooms and shelves in the closet. I'd still take it, it has a great layout.
I so agree, with you!!! Seen way better with a Den/Family Room plus with a little office & was a lot cheaper than this home & offered so much more!!
Super nice home. Great minor touches added that really elevate the style & function.
I'm in Eastern NC and in the market for a new home. This is gorgeous, but I'm not looking to break the bank.
Beautiful home❤️👌🏽
Thank you! 🤗

What a beautiful home

Nice
It is a nice house. Built in wouldnt hold my TV. The master bath is ok. I'd love a soaker tub. But all in all it is a nice home. Love the entry.
Love the new intro of music 🎶 and graphics. This house is very beautiful!! All the details are around every corner. It's more house than I'll ever need. But absolutely Gorgeous!!

Liked the home but the master bath should have a garden tub and a shower
Very cool the way that the three sections create such a distinct footprint. I'm never a fan of the open concept, though. Too much noise from the kitchen overtakes the living room. Makes it impossible to watch TV or have a quiet evening after dinner. Give me separation.
I like this house, but not the vents in the floor. I would rather they be in the ceilings.
Believe me, I need more cupboards in the kitchen. I could fill this one too easily.
Was that a hall closet beside that second bathroom ? You never showed what it was.
Overall the home was nice. Couple things I did nit like which are the location of the mudroom/laundry room, the bedroom had plain-looking features, as well as the master bath.
It would be nice t share the drawing of the floor plan.
Ok next time but for now here is a link to the floor plan
I like this place alot can you add a fireplace to the living Rm?
It's a nice size mobile home
I would make some changes

Nice home butt not a fan of the ac vents in the floor. No tube in master bath.
@@PedroKing99 lol I meant tub
Nice...BUT I hate the owner bedroom is off the kitchen/living room so close.
You said pantry but never showed it. Just say no to microwave over stove, it can turn into a fire hazzard. Needs to have linen closet in kids bath. Loved the closet space in bedrooms.
Loving it right up to the master. Not enough wall outlets for size of room. Master closet too small. Laundry area has more room.

Can you up grade counter tops to granite or quartz , when speaking up upgrades it's never said,
This is beautiful! Can it be shipped to Arizona?
Would StoneCoat all counter tops however
Where is there build area?
Why did they make the other closet bigger than the master in one
I’m looking to buy one but I’m in Escondido California, do you have a builder or sales rep here?
❤
The counter tops need to have rounded edges. Wouldn't want anyone walking into them. Ouch
We are in the pricing stage between a build and a modular!!! Is this home available in the state of Michigan??
I know we as a company can't get it there but I am not for sure if you guys have a dealer that sells R-Anell up there
Whats the delivery area?
what's the total price when finished? Around $250,000?
