I know JP has gone through several personnel changes, but they still sound great. What’s also amazing: the Stones also sound better than ever, and a new generation is discovering them. His life was not perfect by any means, but he got through it all and was and is the Metal God we all know and love

I saw JP in 1980 and they pretty much nailed the Unleashed In The East album. The support band was an up and coming lot called Iron Maiden. I kid you not. Wonderful, really bloody wonderful days.
My son and I were at this gig. What a night, what a band. The place was rocking.... I mean literally rocking. I swear that the balcony bounced up and down.
The new guitar player is very nice... I din´t miss K. K. at stage. In my humble opinion, he have a higher volume at the mixing board, because he plays better!!! \m/

I Saw this great band Live in the eighties twice 81 85 In their prime Unbelievable Energy in that arena both times Priest knew how to get the crowd rocking That's for sure

Grand Poobah of Penis. Knew well of priest for a long time. Been getting into it a lot more the last few weeks. Halfords vocals are among the best and somehow havent lost his pitch over the years. Incredible. Only singer I can think of that is in that realm of sounding the same that long is Klaus Meine from Scorpions.
Rob is thee consummate professional, happy to hang back & sing background vocals while allowing his audience to take the lead.. I luv when a front man does that..
If any of you live near Bradford, UK, there's a pub called the Bridge Tavern on Bowling Old Lane. Or is it Springmill Street? Anyway, live, local hard rock/metal bands every Friday and Saturday night. Well worth a visit. They have a website.
I remember seeing these guys and all these other Hard Hittin bands back in the 80s.. It was just another great night out to see a great concert. And we thought nothing of it. Because we were young and immortal.
