Hello there and friendly greetings!
Ah, this bring me back good ol' memories when it was possible to slap the flag ON THE TOP of the skyscraper and it was even possible to build small stuff on the top, making some kind of fort with wardrobes. Those were good times, when sniping at people was our beloved sport and the "skyscrapers war" was a thing (when the enemy team build the very same fort on the other skyscraper and bullets were flying everywhere and hand grenades where raining like hail... What a horrorshow!)
Now... Meh. You can't build here. You can't build there. You can't put a flag where the hell you want. It's like going to war and someone say to you "you can't shoot below the waist and you can't shoot at head. Oh, and don't swear too!" Bleah. 🤮

They should just allow us to fully build inside these houses, such a stupid decison to have all these towns, and cities and not let us build there.

Question… is this base efficient? As building the chests seems like a task to get all the resources up the ladder, like logs for the planks
Just cut the logs into planks and craft a bundle.. definitely not the best base but is off the radar a little
That's why you use metal chests if you can, no logs or planks. Still, carrying loot up the ladder one pack at a time is the biggest drawback for sure.

That actually looks like a good idea for people that like the city. I'm more of a country person though. I've been going to the Chinese shops lately. I'm basically stopping going to the gun shops. The last couple of times I've been there hasn't been very good loot. Not worth contending with the bomb puppets imo. The office at the Naval yard though was exceptional the last visit though. I may start timing my visit close to a restart though. Looting the office twice my last visit was well worth the trip.
Naval is still one of the best looting spots!💪
@@casual.wardog For me the office there is the best place for guns. That's where I go if I want a MK18 or AK15. Overall though for me it's a toss up between there and the B2 airport. I'm just outside the fence at the B2 airport so access is a lot easier. I am getting disappointed in looting the military puppets lately. I usually get things like an AK 15 suppressor. I haven't found one in a long time. Had to buy the last one I got. Need to get an extra the next time I go to the trader.
@@tanelviil9149 I started STATE OF DECAY and STATE OF DECAY 2 and never finished either of them. I don't remember too much about them. Haven't tried DEATHSIDE. Do you mean DEADSIDE? If you do I've seen CZcams videos of it. I'm on a private server and the hunger and thirst have apparently been turned down. It's not bad at all. Gardening is getting very annoying though.
Puppets should carry and drop weapons too! Low durability of course
@@casual.wardog As odd as I think it is I do like that the money puppets carry is always high durability. I agree about them carrying weapons. Seems like they should have been carrying them when they turned. I also believe the magazines they have should have ammo in them. Up to a full magazine for the ones they had on them. I think the ammo should be high durability though. Since it is in a protective magazine.

No reason to parachute. Everyone can go up there! But your door should be locked.. You can build a door at the entrance to stop them going on the top
@@casual.wardog Just curious. Couldn't you block off access to the ladder inside instead of building the walls outside. Seems like it would be less obvious to people just driving around.
No.. they are not letting us to build.. for example.. a sandbox inside the buildings.. make no sense
@@casual.wardog It doesn't make sense. The last few things that are coming out I don't care for if they stay the same as they're showing them now. My con is 5 so that should help. I'd be happier if they could just have a list of trees that bear fruit. I got a comment from a developer that they're testing them to see which trees do bear fruit. Hopefully apple, pear, and lemon aren't the only ones. I do have a lemon tree and do like eating the lemons.

@@casual.wardog lol, the repetitive buildings and cartoonish graphics with phisically detached movements btwn the character and the world around him like the floor are very similar
Of course no craftin and all of that, but the cartones feeling is very similar

Yo man RayKit's rules say: "4- You are allowed to build in pre-fabricated buildings, except the big city high rises." You built around a skyscraper. This is prohibited by the rules.

Yeah doesn't work on the server I'm on unless I'm doing something wrong. I can place the flag but I cannot build. It says not snapping.
