I think we're suppose to connect with Allah in our own words in total submission and glorify only him and ask only him for help, why repeatedly repeating his words in prayer, he knows what the Qur'an says it's a guidance and a path through oaths to him and we're to repay him by obeying submitting and having faith in him always alone . Just my take.
We're supposed to recite the Qur'an to understand, i don't think its for praying it's a reminder a helper so we don't forget

Dear brother @QuranInspiresMe . I do agree with the sentiments shared here. But certain things do seem a bit ritualistic, like the steps for wudhu. Honestly, from the time I learned about Islam. I've had tons of questions about the Hadith because very few made any kind of sense and the rest were all contradictions and disgusting. But I was made to feel like just taking the chance that my thought process was wrong, I'd end up in hell. Not by my parents. But by friends. My father was Muslim. But he never prayed, not formally. But I would catch him talking to God in his own words when he was stressed. My parents gave me the choice to be whatever I wanted. When I first bothered to read the Quran it was Marmaduke pickthalls translation and to be honest. I just felt like God was talking directly to me. The things I understood. I was meant to understand. The things I didn't. I would when the appropriate time came.

Something prevents them from wanting to humble themselves full with their mind body and spirit. Allah uses the words fell down often. And using face and chin further hammers home the point there’s a literal prostrating that some believers do that others do not want to :) it’s not for Allah it’s for us when we prostrate.

This guy respectfully, is a lost case, no idea what his talking about. Please my brother don't do another podcast, clearly you have not studied deen at a desired Islamic institute. You are lost may Allah Azwajal guide you.

Thankfully I did not study "Deen" at any of your desired "Islamic Institutes" otherwise I too would have been badly brainwashed. Your so called desired Islamic institutes are the cause of all the problems we are experiencing eg. sectarianism which are taught by your So Called Ulema. Furthermore nobody is a lost case not even you my Brother. Allah gives hope to all who seek it with the guidance of the Quran only.
