VIDEO: MRH Asphaltic Overlay Programme

The program is targeted at improving the riding quality of existing roads and reducing the deterioration on them. The asphalt overlay gives the roads a new lease of life and improves their condition. The asphalt overlay program is a major component of the Ministry of Roads and Highways' Periodic Maintenance program.
