Rememberance shenanigan I guess Rememberance has a blessing that blast 20% ice dmg dealt to adjacent enemies (all enemies if upgraded). So it has quadratic scaling so the more enemies you hit the more total dmg you deal Then you have quake and the additional damage element is based on character attacking/attacked Quake make perservation units does crazy dmg. In March case she does aoe ice dmg so she get the quadratic scaling effect above
I use Gepard's Lightcone for her, the Effect Hit Rate and Def is just too good, the other one I use with her is Day one of my New Life, it works well with her Skill

It's a nIce path, you can also use characters that use effect hit rate like kafka/sampo since they trigger the frozen state more often or follow up attack teams to try and freeze enemy by spamming them
Characters with bouncing skills like HMC, Adventurine, Sampo, Welt, Misha (ult), etc. work really well since each bounce still counts as a separate hit in the Remembrance path so there's a higher chance for freeze to occur
